Gateway Power Centre located in Grande Prairie, Alberta is a 50 million dollar multi-use land development project. Royal Management Services acted as Project Managers on behalf of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Responsibilities included extensive planning of the project and supervising all consultants and contractors and negotiations with the municipal government, for a timely completion of the 160 acre development. The development of this Project, over a five year period, saw the rural land transformed into the city's largest power centre with over 500,000 square feet of retail plus a hotel, casino and hundreds of residential rental units. The development includes such retailers as Walmart, Staples, Totem, Future Shop, London Drugs, Cineplex and numerous restaurants.
