One of the more challenging projects from a construction standpoint was the development of Aberdeen Village Shopping Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia. This project included the development of 104,000 square feet of retail, including Chapters, Staples, Petcetera, Mark's Work Wearhouse and numerous other national retailers. The development of this project was constructed on a former rock outcrop and presented numerous engineering challenges to ensure the development of stable building foundations.
