Due to the success of our completed Tamarack Manor project, we elected to purchase the property immediately to the West and have completed construction on Tamarack Gardens. This project will consist of 126 suites made up of 1 one bedroom and 125 two bedroom suites as well as having keyless entry and video surveillance systems for increased resident security. Tamarack Gardens is conveniently situated within easy walking distance just East of the Southeast Transit Centre hub on 17th Street and one block East of the Rio-Can Meadows shopping centre which features such major retailers as Superstore, Home Depot, Best Buy, Winners, Staples, Pet Smart plus various banks and restaurants. Tamarack Gardens was completed in the winter of 2014/2015.
