Jim Pattison Developments Ltd. (Save On Foods) approached RMS Builders. Inc. and asked us to construct this 2,700 sq.ft. convenience store & carwash within their Pilot Sound project. RMS Builders Inc. was very instrumental in having the building redesigned in order to meet the Owners budget. As well as being a convenience store, this building also houses a fast food restaurant plus there is a seperate non-touch drive through carwash building. Located very conveniently just South of Anthony Henday Drive & West of Manning Drive beside the Hollick-Kenyon Landing shopping centre which features a Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, TD Bank, Subway, Royal Bank, Second Cup along with many other retailers & banks. Centex Petroleum was completed in the winter of 2014/2015.
