On behalf of RMS Properties Inc., the planned subdivision of a 20 acre Multi Family site in Grande Prairie, Alberta was completed in 2002. The project was designed to include 4 Storey Apartments, 2 Storey Townhouses, Gated Adult Condominiums and an Adult Assisted Living Project.
