Margaret Edgson Manor is a 70 unit assisted living project in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As Project Managers for this project from its initial inception in 2001, we assisted the Grande Prairie Residential Society in obtaining grant money under the Canada-Alberta Affordable Housing Program. Funding was obtained in January 2004 for this 70-unit, four-storey wood-frame housing complex. Initially making the initial funding application presentation to Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments and worked with the Grande Prairie Residential Society through the design/approval process.
