Harvard Developments and The RMS Group, both established Western Canadian real estate developers, are pleased to announce they are partnering to proceed with the construction of a major multi residential development at Grasslands in Regina, SK. The project will deliver more than 300 new rental apartment units, including 31 affordable units designed to support residents requiring more affordable housing. The development located within the Grasslands Shopping Centre will also incorporate main-floor commercial space that enhances the overall residential community.
