In order to help the Owner through this difficult time, RMS accepted the challenge of taking over the Construction Management of this industrial warehouse project when it was intentionally abandoned by the original Contractor at the framing stage. However before RMS could move forward with any construction we needed to assist the Owner by providing final design coordination along with municipal & utility company approvals, which had not been obtained by the original Contractor. This project stands as a testament that RMS Builders Inc. and The RMS Group as a whole, is a company that believes in doing things the right way.
