RMS Builders Inc. was approached by Jim Pattison Developments Ltd. to construct this 2,700 square foot convenience store and carwash within their Pilot Sound project. RMS was very instrumental in having the building redesigned to meet the owner’s budget, completing the project in the winter of 2014/2015. As well as being a convenience store, this building also houses a fast-food restaurant and a separate non-touch drive through carwash building.
