Through the repurposing of an existing building located off Roper Road and 50th Street, RMS Builders Inc. completed the renovation of a 14,000 sq ft space for this national tenant in February 2015. The scope of this project extended from demolition, extensive interior and exterior finishing, site work, and an addition of a 3,800 square foot canopy area.
