Gateway Power Centre is a 50-million-dollar multi-use land development project located in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Royal Management Services acted as Project Managers on behalf of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Responsibilities included extensive planning of the project and supervising all consultants, contractors, and negotiations with the municipal government, for a timely completion of the 160-acre development. Over the five-year development of this Project saw the rural land transformed into the city’s largest power centre with over 500,000 square feet of retail, plus a hotel, casino and hundreds of residential rental units. The development includes many major retailers like Walmart, Staples, London Drugs, Cineplex, as well as numerous restaurants.
