This industrial warehouse project presented a unique set of challenges after the original contractor abandoned the project during the framing stage. Before construction could resume, extensive design coordination was required, along with securing the necessary municipal and utility approvals that had not been obtained. Once these requirements were addressed, RMS assumed the role of Construction Manager and successfully guided the project through to completion, providing the Owner with the leadership and coordination needed to bring the development back on track.
