Acting as Construction Managers for our sister company, Royal Management Services Inc., Emerald Manor was built to offer 47 two-bedroom units and was completed in 2003. Emerald Manor II has 47 two-bedroom units as well and was completed in 2004 as an adult only rental apartment.
